I feel like Pablo? More like I feel like Pablo jacked my blogging spot...
DISCLAIMER: I am not a Yeezy Season model (just kidding) (not that I am a Yeezy Season model, which I'm not) (but the question is, have I implemented enough double negatives to make you think I'm a Yeezy Season model).
If you don't know what the F I'm talkin about (but hint: it's usually Kanye West), Kanye held his Yeezy Season 4 show at Four Freedoms Park on Roosevelt Island last week. Which is crazy, because no one like really knows what or where or how or why Roosevelt Island is, it's very low-key.
That's why I love shooting here so much! These steps have been a long-time favorite shooting spot of mine, but Kanye totally blew up my spot (don't get it twisted, I love 'Ye and don't mind sharing the wealth) glad we can be inspired by the same things *rolls eyes at Kylie, Kendall and Kim's pics on these steps*.
As for this jacket, how sick is it?!? The 70s trend that inspired Gucci that inspired all of fast fashion and the rest of the industry (no survivors, no one was immune) is just the gift that keeps on giving. It gets better; this baby is completely reversible, and has a beautiful royal blue interior.
Two of my favorite pieces are also making a reappearance on the blog today: these two-toned jeans and this black slip top (I think it's a dress, but it's rather short so I haven't gathered the courage to wear it as such).
I'm just really excited for the upcoming season: that is, Fall. That is, my birthday! That is, not having to apply deodorant six times a day. That is, embracing my unhealthy obsession with outerwear once more!
For me, Fall is the easiest season to dress for because you can essentially wear whatever you want. It's not too hot, nor is it too cold (plus, I love layering).
